Glucose Test Strips 50
Product Details
These are Control D test strips for people who check their blood sugar at home. The pack has one vial of 50 strips, a good size if you test a few times a week or want to try the strips before buying in bulk.
The strips use carbon electrodes with a laser pattern and a biosensor that measures a tiny electric current when blood touches the strip. The meter reads that current and shows your glucose level in mg/dL. You don't have to set or enter any code, and a single drop of blood (0.5 µL) is enough. The result shows in about 5 seconds.
Control D strips are made in India by Haiden Technology Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, and are meant for use only with Control D glucometers.

Disclaimer
These test strips are for in vitro diagnostic use only and are meant to help monitor blood sugar, not to diagnose diabetes. They work only with Control D glucometers and will not give correct results on any other meter. Always read the instructions for use inside the pack before testing. Do not change your diet, medication or insulin dose based on a home reading alone. Talk to your doctor if your readings look unusual, if they don't match how you feel, or if you have any doubts. Product packaging and specifications may be updated by the manufacturer, so the details on the pack you receive take priority over this page.
Two things to check before you publish:
- Shelf life: I've kept it as "check the printed expiry date", because Haiden's listings conflict (15 months in some, 24 months in others).
- Using the vial within 3 months of opening: This comes from retailer pages like Apollo Pharmacy. Keep that line only if it matches the insert in your stock.
