UrgoStart is a polyurethane foam wound dressing impregnated with Urgo's TLC-NOSF healing matrix. The lipido-colloid layer gels on contact with exudate to maintain a moist healing environment and allow pain-free dressing changes, while NOSF (nano-oligosaccharide factor) reduces excess protease activity that delays healing in chronic wounds. Absorbent foam core manages low to moderate exudate. Indicated for venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers and pressure ulcers from the debridement stage onwards. Size: 10 cm x 10 cm.
