UrgoStart Micro Adhesive is a thin, soft-adherent wound dressing built around Urgo's TLC-NOSF technology: a lipido-colloid (TLC) healing matrix combined with NOSF (nano-oligosaccharide factor), which is clinically shown to inhibit excess matrix metalloproteinases and promote faster closure of chronic wounds. The micro-adherent silicone-type border keeps the dressing in place while allowing atraumatic, pain-minimised removal that protects fragile peri-wound skin. Indicated for chronic wounds with low to moderate exudate, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers and pressure ulcers. Size: 10 cm x 10 cm.
